  • Data Structures and Algorithm (JAVA)
    • This course provides an introduction to computer algorithms and data structures. Topics covered include lists, stacks, queues, trees, sets, graphs, sorting, and searching algorithms.
  • Visual Basic 6 Programming
    • This course provides an introduction to computer programming and program design using an event-driven programming language. The focus is on programming with application to structured program design, graphical user interface (GUI) design, and database programming and connectivity using ActiveX Data Objects (ADO).
  • Visual Basic.Net Programming
    • This course immerses the students in three technologies: Visual Basic, Object-oriented programming, and event-driven Windows programming. It will enable students to build complete GUI-based object-oriented Windows applications in Visual Baic.NET. The students will learn application design choices, object-oriented design principles, event-driven programming, UI programming using Windows Forms and user interface controls, data binding and database access using ADO.NET, exception handling, debugging and defensive programming techniques, and effective ways of working with Visual Studio.NET
  • Software Engineering
    • This course immerses the students in three technologies: Visual Basic, Object-oriented programming, and event-driven Windows programming. It will enable students to build complete GUI-based. This course provides an overview of the software engineering process.  Topics include requirement analysis, analysis modeling, software design fundamentals, software testing, quality assurance, quality processes and software maintenance.  Principles of object-oriented programming, programming languages, and object-oriented modeling are also discussed.
